Proposed Project Areas

01. Development/Web Transition Oversight

Telegram Agency (Matt Shepperd) will oversee the process of moving Code/Data/Etc from Timbergrove into platforms/accounts that TWOTP owns/manages/oversees. This will include:

  • Transitioning all passwords/accounts/etc from current developer, creating new passwords/accounts where applicable.

  • Documentation of all code/accounts/folders/etc to have a clear plan of where all code/data/files/etc are housed

  • Evaluating all code and web structure to check for bugs, needed revisions, etc

  • Review current website, alongside TWOTP, to evaluate current functionality and identify necessary changes

02. Ongoing Developer Oversight

Telegram will manage the developer relationship to help TWOTP position toward a more nimble process, able to spin up new landing pages, features and tools more quickly and efficiently. This will include creating best practice/process for new feature requests and edits.

03. Marketing + Communication Partnership

  • Clarify Brand Voice + Brand Message

    Telegram Agency will clarify the Brand Voice and Brand Message for TWOTP and develop a strategy and direction to extend that Brand Voice, clearly articulating and positioning the Vision, Value Proposition and ‘Story’ of the brand. Clarifying the proper objectives and Brand Voice will set the ‘tone’ for communication, social media posts, inbound/outbound marketing language, and inform a framework for content, messaging and language moving forward.

  • Audience Clarification/Segmentation

    Telegram Agency will help TWOTP clarify and identify specific audiences and subcategories within those audiences, in an effort to tailor specific communication to these audiences, heightening the effectiveness of engagement. Additionally, this will inform specific audiences for any future digital marketing segmentation (ie: landing pages, programs, specifical collections/resources/etc).

  • Content Development

    Telegram Agency will collaborate with TWOTP to create marketing content that is directed at the client’s audience(s),  including verbiage and visual design work where necessary, to ensure brand consistency and continuity. Content will be developed based on categories identified by working with TWOTP through a ‘discovery phase’. These categories will provide a framework for content development, scheduling and forecast planning.


    Additionally, Telegram Agency will assist in suggesting/directing content (ie: website, blog, page revisions, etc) and potential marketing materials, to ensure that sections within the current website are consistent with all brand messaging.

  • Brand Visuals - Design and/or Curation

    Telegram Agency will ensure graphics used throughout social media (posts and marketing), digital distribution and print ads maintaining consistency, professionalism and relevance. Telegram will help design, art direct or curate as needed, aligning the Brand Visuals of TWOTP. Telegram will curate imagery provided by the client, and/or use royalty-free photography as needed for design and publication uses.

  • Marketing: Social Media - Online Platforms

    -Organic. Telegram will identify profiles/channels, follow, engage, and create calls-to-action organically by engaging with people and profiles that fit within the current targeted scope of reach for TWOTP.  Collaboration, Influence, Cross-Marketing…

    -Paid. If desired, Telegram will build out custom audiences within the Meta (and/or LinkedIn, Google, etc) framework to develop targeted advertising and paid/promoted posts for the FB and IG platforms. (*does not include paid ad budget/spend)

This package is designed to serve as a transition and ramp-up pertaining to the immediate dev needs, and ongoing marketing/communication needs of TWOTP.

This package is designed to serve as an ongoing partnership with TWOTP, pertaining to communication and marketing needs.

Telegram Agency will focus on:

  • Mailing Lists

  • Landing Pages

  • New Feature Collaboration

  • Ad + Spend Management (if needed)

  • Regular (weekly/bi-weekly) touch-points to clarify scope and direction. In-Person, Phone, Zoom...TBD as desired by client. Regular access to communication via text, phone, or email (or preferred app: ie: Slack).
