A note from our founder.

I notice when a brand doesn't hold together. The gap between what a company says and how it actually shows up…I can't unsee it. It affects me. That's why I started Telegram Agency in 2010.

It started with nonprofits. I was entrenched in trying to change the world, a part of launching a few non-profits, and couldn't find (or afford) an agency that thought the way I needed them to. Most worked from a playbook, in a box. I wanted partners who'd think strategically about each situation on its own terms: creatively, responsibly, and collaboratively. So in its void, I built that.

In those early days, I discovered something I keep coming back to: the values that drive success [trust, clarity, execution] are transcendent across industry and should lead every organization - from non-profit to tech, industrial services to luxury design. And, a strategically positioned brand allows those values become visible, clearly and consistently.

Today, Telegram is a curated team of creatives, designers, and practitioners, pulled together around each engagement. I sit at the center as a Lead Strategist, overseeing Creative Direction, Strategy, and Client Success. The model still works because each plan still gets built around the trajectory of the client or project.

When I'm not at a desk or with a client, I'm probably with my wife Tracey and our three sons - working on one of our start-ups, eating chips and queso, or listening to Olivia Dean and thinking about vintage motorcycles or old trucks.
