Brand Activation & Market Launch

Twelve Oaks Reserve now enters an important phase: the community transitions publicly from concept to place. As roads will open in the coming weeks+, road and lot signage should be visible, socials should become active, website should be expanded, and marketing intentionality should increase. This window will establish first impressions, community perception, and long-term value in the Bryan/College Station market.

The purpose of this phase is to ensure public facing touch-points communicate a cohesive, elevated brand message.

Scope of Work

1. Website Expansion & Ongoing Updates

The website becomes the primary sales and discovery tool as traffic increases.

The first physical experience of the neighborhood should feel considered and cohesive.
