How effectively a brand is designed and positioned is determined by how well it knows itself, its target and its context. Telegram Agency directs brand strategy and creative solutions for clients, enabling connections with their audiences to grow market share and brand equity.
You are sending a message with everything you do. Consumers (current and potential) will see you before they talk to you. What they perceive about you, drives their ideology about your brand (whether true or not). Creating a compelling and engaging brand (clarified messaging, intuitive and quality website, brand visuals, intentional search and social media...) will more readily turn your friends and new followers into stronger ambassadors for your brand.

Thank you for the opportunity to partner with Sartain’s and The Awesome Shoppe during this next stage of growth. This engagement is designed to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the brand ecosystem by properly separating audiences, strengthening positioning, and building the right marketing foundations.
Over the next six months, we will establish a clear brand architecture between The Awesome Shoppe, Sartain’s Custom Works, and The Green at The Awesome Shoppe, ensuring each brand communicates with the right voice, serves the right customer, and supports the overall business as a cohesive family.
This work will include strategy, identity design, website development, creative consulting, and design support for Sartain’s Custom Works, and strategic conversations around the integration/collaboration of partner brands and products.
Proposed Focus Areas
Project Engagement: 6-Months
This engagement is designed to properly position the Sartain’s / Awesome Shoppe ecosystem through clear brand architecture, differentiated messaging, and marketing consultation.
Brand Strategy + Positioning
We will establish clarity across three distinct brand expressions:
The Awesome Shoppe as the retail and physical umbrella
Sartain’s Custom Works as the ‘high-end’ custom work, professional-facing custom brand
The Green at The Awesome Shoppe as the experiential, community and event extension
This includes audience segmentation, messaging direction, and brand voice alignment to ensure each brand communicates with the right signal and purpose.
Identity + Design Direction
Design work will focus on building a cohesive but differentiated brand family (begins immediately):
Professional identity design and refinement for Sartain’s Custom Works
Ideation and Design/Direction for The Green
Website Development
Web platform will be launched early and refined throughout the engagement:
Sartain’s Custom Works (Showcase/Portfolio-Centric) webite to establish credibility and generate B2B leads (plan is to build on Squarespace).
Social Media Strategy
We will ideate and identify a content and styling direction, including:
Account strategy, content clarity, posting roles
Content pillar development for each audience
Visual direction and creative consistency
Strategy Delivered via Document and Conversation
Ongoing Brand + Design + Marketing Guidance
Throughout the six months, we will provide strategy and creative direction (and agreed up deliverables) to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum across all channels. We will have a scheduled monthly call, 2-3 in-person meetings, in addition to availability via phone/text/email.
6-Month Recap and Evaluation
At the conclusion of the engagement, we will conduct a full review of brand performance, audience response, and next-step opportunities for scaling or expansion.
Identity + Design + Web + Consult
Telegram Agency will focus on:
Brand Positioning + Strategy Session: clarify vision for each business unit/channel (Sartain’s, Awesome Shoppe, The Green) {Month 1 Meeting}
Custom Visual Identity for Sartain’s Custom Works
Graphic Design Support: (brand visuals, social profiles, print collateral…)
Website Design/Build for Sartain’s Custom Works
Direction for socials + online presence: content/visual/categorical direction (not management, but direction)
Setup Social Media (Instagram + Facebook) for Sartain’s Custom Works
Brand Guidance + Strategic Direction: Develop Messaging + Strategy/SOP’s (for Sartain’s Custom Works, Awesome Shoppe, The Green)
Investment:
Month 1-6: $500/mo (Includes Identity Design(s) + Website Build + Strategy)
Subsequent: TBD
Notes:
Once agreed upon, Telegram will send signed agreement, link to deposit, and work will start immediately.
Additional, ongoing work outside of this scope can be discussed as needed.
