Proposed Project Areas

01. Website

Telegram Agency will design a new web presence for Pro Cargo Trophy, to help position the brand as competent, long-standing, and ready for the new season. Telegram will work with client to clarify all necessary web pages and their hierarchy of navigation order. In addition to the homepage build and subsequent web pages, Telegram will ensure all contact information, contact forms, and downloadable documents are intuitive and functional to support communication needs.

The website will be responsive and optimized to ensure a clear and professional mobile and desktop experience. The website will function as a primary landing place for all Pro Cargo Trophy traffic.

02. Brand Identity Design

Telegram Agency will work with client to design a new identity system that is consistent, to be used across all platforms. Telegram Agency will work to help with a strategic rollout for the updated identities to help with process and efficiency. After the project is initiated, Telegram will send a question form to help capture more clarity for design direction. After that is received, Telegram will send client a mood board to help clarify visual direction samples. Then, Telegram will design 2-3 concepts to present to the client, based on feedback. From these concepts, a direction will be selected, and Telegram will design an edited concept based on feedback and input from the client. After this design is delivered, 2 rounds of revisions based on that design direction will be available (if needed).

Deliverables will include several variations/orientations of the final logo/brand identity, giving the client a full scope of file types needed for various applications. (Logos, Signage layouts, Business Card Template, T-Shirt, etc)

03. Visuals - Graphic Design

Telegram Agency will design graphics for use throughout web, social media (posts and marketing), digital distribution and print ads as needed, aligning the Brand Visuals of Pro Cargo Trophy, to ensure consistency, professionalism and relevance. This will include: marketing/sales support materials, social media post templates, trade show setup design, etc. Additional design needs can be discussed.

04. Photography

Telegram Agency will curate photography provided by the client, and/or use royalty-free photography as needed for design and publication uses. Additionally, Telegram will provide a round of photography on-site at Pro Cargo to capture imagery for the website, social media, and/or print use (ie: creative shots in the warehouse, team headshots, etc). Additional support for photography can be discussed.

*Add-On/Ongoing

If needed, Telegram Agency will assist in directing content (ie: website, blog, page revisions, etc) and marketing direction, to ensure that all facets of marketing (web/digital/social/print) are consistent with all brand messaging and growth strategies. Ongoing partnership/retainer relationship can be discussed.
