Brand Foundation - Tier 1
1. Brand Visuals (Logo Suite + Identity)
Hanna’s visual identity will be designed to feel approachable, professional, and emotionally aligned with her music. Rather than leading with a bold or flashy look, the focus is on creating a recognizable and consistent visual presence that supports her songwriting and feels natural to who she is.
This work includes a cohesive logo system centered around a primary Hanna Mercedes wordmark, supported by complementary variations that can be used across digital platforms, artwork, merchandise, and promotional materials. The logo system will give Hanna a cohesive, approachable and professional identity.
Alongside the logo design, we will define Hanna’s visual direction, including color, typography, and image style. These elements will be chosen to reflect warmth, openness, and emotional clarity. Direction for photography and visual usage will emphasize natural settings, comfortable styling, and an approachable presence, helping fans feel connected with rather than marketed to.
Guidance will also be provided for how these visuals can be applied across social platforms, website, artwork, and merchandise, giving Hanna and her team a clear reference for consistency moving forward (including an abbreviated Brand Guide). The result is a visual foundation that feels professional and cohesive, while remaining flexible enough to grow with Hanna as an artist.
2. Website
The website will serve as Hanna’s central online home, a single place where her story, music, videos, and live schedule come together in a clear and professional way: one, easy location to send people to find all of the various channels. The goal is to create an experience that feels welcoming and emotionally aligned with her music, while also functioning as a credible touchpoint for fans, industry partners, and collaborators.
The site will be designed to highlight Hanna’s songwriting and story first, allowing visitors to quickly understand who she is and what her music represents. Layout, pacing, and visuals will be intentionally simple and easy to navigate, ensuring the focus stays on the music and the emotional tone rather than distractions.
The website will include dedicated space for:

Live dates and schedule
Contact and booking information

The site will be built *likely on Squarespace or Framer (final direction tbd post-discussion with Hanna/team) and optimized for mobile, recognizing that the majority of her audience will encounter her online through their phones. The design and build will align directly with the established visual identity and messaging, creating a seamless experience across all platforms.
This website will be a tool that can evolve alongside Hanna’s career, supporting new releases, growth, and opportunities without needing to be fully rebuilt each time.
3. Brand Messaging + Positioning
Hanna’s songwriting is rooted in emotional awareness and quiet honesty. This portion of the work focuses on clearly articulating who she is as an artist, what she writes about, and why her music resonates with her audience.
We will develop a clear brand narrative that reflects Hanna’s perspectives and emotional point of view. This includes refined identity language Hanna can use across artist bios, press materials, social platforms, and introductions.
Guidance will be provided around tone and language to ensure her voice feels consistent, thoughtful, and real across all touch-points, including her website and social content. The messaging will feel conversational and natural, allowing Hanna to express herself without sounding scripted or overproduced.
This creates repeatable language Hanna can rely on as she grows, helping fans, industry partners, and new listeners immediately understand who she is and what her music represents.
Brand Foundation - Tier 2
Tier 1 + Design a Merch Capsule
This will include the Creative Direction, Collaboration, and Design of a collection of merch (4-6 pieces…tbd) designed as an extension of Hanna’s music and brand. The focus is on intentional pieces that feel on-brand, on-trend, and aligned with her visual identity, giving fans and friends a tangible way to connect with her music.
Brand Foundation - Tier 3
Tier 2 + Coaching and Video
This tier includes 60 days of guidance and creative direction: w/ weekly touch-points. Additionally, creative direction, support, and productions for a short introductory video…’Meet Hanna’ style video: Talking head, integrated B-Roll, etc
Guidance on structure, talking points, and tone
