The goal of this project is to create an approachable and on-trend brand design to help position Clean Water Climb more strategically as it moves into new markets. In this new season, CWC will have the opportunity to reach more recreational climbers on a broader scale, predominantly in the US, while still growing more extensive trips in Tanzania and South America.
This new trajectory, coupled with peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, will allow CWC to capture enumerably more people who are seeking to climb for a cause: day or weekend domestic climbs (ie: Colorado, Oregon, etc). With this in mind, marketing efforts matter as one goal is to attract many who have been unfamiliar with CWC and its deep-rooted efforts in Malawi.
So, this design approach works from a position of minimalism, seeking to align with brands and products found within outdoor spaces.
